Sanctity & Discipline

At Nava Prabhat Swarjyoti Kanya Gurukul, discipline and tradition form the foundation of our educational environment. All members of the Gurukul community are expected to follow these rules sincerely to maintain the sanctity, order, and spiritual atmosphere of the Ashram.

Rules for Parents

1.

Parents may meet their wards only once every three months, as per the schedule announced by the Gurukul administration.

2.

Outside food or packaged eatables are strictly prohibited inside the campus. All meals and refreshments will be provided by the Ashram.

3.

Any matter related to the student’s routine, academics, or well-being will be decided by Acharya Jee and the authorities. Their decision is final.

4.

If parents wish to send food or materials, it must be meant for all students and approved by the administration.

5.

The Gurukul follows a no-vacation policy to ensure a continuous environment of learning, discipline, and self-development.

Rules for Students

1.

Students must wake up at 4:00 a.m. every day and begin their day with prayer and meditation.

2.

Morning exercise and self-study are compulsory parts of the daily routine.

3.

Participation in Yoga and Yajna (Hawan) is mandatory for all students for physical and spiritual growth.

4.

Leaving the Ashram premises without permission is strictly prohibited.

5.

Students must follow the prescribed Gurukul dress code at all times within the campus.

6.

Extra or fancy dresses other than the official Ashram uniform are not allowed.

7.

Cleanliness, punctuality, and respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, and peers are essential.

8.

Students are expected to maintain silence and discipline throughout the Ashram campus.
